Browser Requirements
To get the most out of your experience you will need to use one of the more current browsers available today. Using an older browser or a browser not on our list of supported browsers may cause some of our features and services to operate incorrectly. Our supported browsers include the most popular browsers for both Windows and Macintosh operating systems, including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox.

PC Users
Minimum Requirement - Internet Explorer 7.0 and above, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and above
(Note: Certain advanced features are not compatible with older browser versions)

Macintosh Users
Minimum Requirement - Safari 3.1 and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and above
Not Supported - Safari versions below 3.1 and Safari beta versions

Netscape Navigator is no longer supported for PC or Mac.
(Note: On February 1, 2008, Netscape ended all security and performance updates for Netscape Navigator)

Using Pop-Up Windows

Viewing PDF Files
Adobe Acrobat - The Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view On-Line documents that are stored in the Portable Document Format (PDF). If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it free from the Adobe Web site. Follow Adobe's instructions for downloading and installation.
